Kerrigan Family Medical Group is open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If you need to reach us after business hours, please call (760) 360-0333. One of our Providers is on call 24-hours a day that can be reached through our answering service. Our on-call provider will respond to your call within one hour. Health Care Express Urgent Care is open 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. week days, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.– 2 p.m. Sunday. For all after hours emergencies please go to the nearest emergency room.
We have implemented a telephone appointment reminder system to provide you with a courtesy reminder of your next scheduled appointment. Our system will call you two days prior to your appointment to confirm the day, date, and time of your appointment. You will be able to either confirm or cancel your appointment by using your telephone keypad. If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message. Please respond to the automated system or provide a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. There will be a $25 charge for appointments not kept. To make sure our system can contact you, it is your responsibility to notify our office of any change in your contact information. Kerrigan Family Medical Group is a contracted provider for most major health plans, Medicare, and HMO’s through Desert Oasis Healthcare. We accept most major insurances and Medicare. Our billing staff, 760-323-8657 ext.1820, is happy to assist you in determining if your insurance plan is accepted at Kerrigan Family Medical Group. Be sure to know your insurance plan benefits; some visits may not be covered. It is incumbent upon you to know what your benefits are. Kerrigan Family Medical Group accepts most major credit cards, cash and check payments. Deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance are all due at the time of service.
