Frank Kerrigan, DO

Dr. Frank Kerrigan graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received his D.O. degree. Dr. Frank completed his residency at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. He then established Kerrigan Family Medical Group in 1990 with Dr. Janet Kerrigan. With 20 years experience, Dr. Frank is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. He is a published author and takes pleasure in lecturing to the public. Dr. Frank enjoys economics, a wide range of sports, and spending time with his wife, Deborah, and three beautiful children. He is originally from northern Michigan and will always be a Michigander!

Michael Will, MD

MichaelDr. Michael Will received his Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.), with Dean’s Honor Roll recognition, from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Prior to receiving his doctorate in medicine, Michael’s undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida, and the Lyman Briggs School of Natural Science at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, laid the foundation for his pursuit of a career in family medicine. During his years at MSU, Dr. Will distinguished himself in extensive gene research working on sophisticated immunologic concepts and experimental protocols. His work contributed to two published papers critical to the development of the OAS1 gene to abnormal pathways. Michael’s passion for helping others and giving back to the community has manifested in a church mission trip to Africa and completing his Family Residency Program at MidMichigan Health University of Michigan Health System in his hometown of Midland, Michigan. When Dr. Will is not at the clinic, he is active in golf and other sporting activities.

Shariar Borbor, MD

Dr. Shariar Borbor is a native of Santa Monica, California and graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with honors. Dr. Borbor received his Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from Ross University School of Medicine in 2008 where he was also a member of the Dean's Honor Roll. He completed his family practice residency at San Joaquin General Hospital. In addition to his California Medical License, Dr. Borbor is also certified in ACLS, ALSO, NALS and PALS. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, The California Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Dr. Borbor is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physician who can handle all aspects of medical care within the family practice arena.

Michael Larson, PA-C

Michael Larson is a native Californian who has lived in the desert since 1985. He has over 25 years experience in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedics. During the early years of his career Mike was a firefighter/paramedic and instructor at Crafton Hills Paramedic School. After an early retirement from the fire department, Mike's love of medicine and commitment to working with people inspired him to return to school. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Concurrently he attended Western University of Health Sciences where he earned certification as a Physician's Assistant. Mike is known for the care and concern he shows his patients. He has a remarkable ability to treat not just the medical issue but also "the whole person". This has contributed to a large number of dedicated patients who rely on him for medical care. When he isn't working, Mike enjoys scuba diving, mountain climbing and traveling with his wife and two daughters.

Paul T Manney, PA-C

Paul Manney joined Kerrigan Family Medical Group in June 2013. He graduated from Houghton College in New York with a Pre-Med degree, and after working in a hospital lab for two years, attended the George Washington University PA program from which he graduated with a joint PA/MPH degree in 1994. Having grown up in South America, and studied in the northeast, he came to California to fulfill Public Health Service scholarship repayment service in the border town of Calexico. Fully bilingual in Spanish, Paul was able to communicate and educate effectively to the American community and migrant farm workers alike. Over the 19 years of his career as a Physician Assistant, he has accumulated experience in such diverse fields as:Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Correctional Facilities, Veterans Hospitals, Orthopedic Medicine, and even a brief period in the Amazon doing tropical medicine. In these diverse settings, he developed a highly competent clinic practice and for numerous years assisted orthopedic surgeons in the OR. Paul moved to Palm Desert in 2004, with his wife Yoly and their children, having joined the Orthopedic Institute in Palm Springs. Paul enjoys reading, hiking, the outdoors, and family.

Joella Martinez, MMS, PA-C

JoellaJoella Martinez is a nationally certified physician assistant and graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine. She is a Coachella Valley native and graduate of Coachella Valley High School. Following high school, she attended the University of Redlands and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and minors in Spanish and computer science. Determined to enter the PA profession, Joella worked as a California Certified Medical Assistant to gain valuable health care experience and further her knowledge of the medical field. She then attended and graduated from Stanford University's Physician Assistant program while concurrently obtaining her Master of Medical Science degree from Saint Francis University. Joella is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a current member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pets.

Daniela Agnew

Daniela Agnew Daniela Agnew is a board certified physician assistant who received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biological anthropology with a minor in chemistry from the University of San Diego. She then received her Masters of physician assistant studies from Touro University Nevada. She is a member of both the California Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. As a Coachella Valley native, Daniela returned to the desert, following her studies, to fulfill her passion of practicing medicine and serving the local community. Daniela has enjoyed volunteering with medical missions in Central America and within the Coachella Valley. On her down time, Daniela can be found travelling, exploring the local outdoors or spending time with her husband and family.
